Looking to remodel, build a new home or furnish and decorate your existing home?
We would love to talk to you about your project.
From drawing floorplans to custom draperies, we are passionate about creating well thought out and beautifully designed spaces.
Contact Rebecca Gibbs Interior Design. You will then receive an email regarding the design process and designer fees.*
Next we will meet at your house to assess the existing interiors, determine if there are any existing pieces that could transition into the new design, discuss your thoughts, measure and photograph. Determining how your family functions in this space will be integral to your custom design plan. Once the scope of the project has been established, an estimate of design costs will be provided and agreed upon before proceeding.
Based on the information gathered at our initial consultation, any follow up meetings and our ongoing discussion, a customized design plan will be created for you. Depending on the specific project, some or all of these services will be included in your plan:
- Selection & Specification of Materials, Fixtures & Finishes
- Selection & Specification of Furniture, Accessory & Decor Items**
- Space Planning
- Floor Plans
- Cabinetry Elevations & Details
Once the design plan is approved and finalized, all materials, furnishings, fixtures and accessories will be ordered. In the case of a remodel, you will receive a full set of working drawings in order to proceed with the construction process. As this process varies from job to job, we will be in constant communication and involved with your project every step of the way.
Once construction is complete, all of the furnishings, soft goods, artwork and accessories that make your home a personal reflection of you will be installed and styled for you and your family to enjoy!
*All meetings and design hours are billed at an hourly rate with an estimation of hours and fees provided at the onset of the project. **Products will be provided at a discount off of retail pricing.
